Split Records currently promote, manage and distribute the
work of artists from a broad range of musical genres. They
are proactive in their efforts to create a stable of exciting
young talent, and aim to release innovative new music.
Lynton Black Media were connected to the people behind Split
Records before the label's inception, via a project to design
the website for Manchild,
whose track 'Hard Wax' has been used by Motorola and on the
soundtrack for New Line Cinema's Blade Trinity.
Being a start-up in the music industry Split wanted a striking
image for their material, and needed it produced to a reasonable
budget, and quickly.

'Nothing Without Me' was Split Records' first release. After
recieving airplay on Pete Tong's show on Radio 1, it recieved
acclaim from both the press and club DJs alike.
