иии Confirmation of your booking
In all cases we need a completed booking form, which will be provided by us. Deposits will be required to confirm the booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

иии Deposit
All deposits are refundable after departure, additional charges and the cost of any damage incurred during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.

иии Method of Payment
We accept cards: Visa, Switch, and American express.
Company cheques are acceptable with company details made payable to Cardiff Apartments Ltd. Personal cheques are available if cleared before the 14 day limit.
Bank details are available for bank transfers, a copy should be sent to us. (If bookings are made within the 14 day limit we require full payment at the time of booking).

иии Arrive and Depart
Apartments are reserved from 2pm on day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure. Additional hours will be charged as one full day.

иии Amendment fee
If you wish to amend your booking we will do our best to comply with your request, however you will be obliged to pay an amendment fee of Б58.75 inclusive of VAT to cover administrative costs.

иии Key Collection
Keys are to be collected/delivered from/to the contact address during normal office hours. The collection of keys can be done at the location of the apartment, with notice we can arrange out of hours key delivery. Key arrangements should be confirmed at time of booking.

иии Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking we will require this in writing at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, all cancellations are subject to an amendment fee of Б58.75 for administrative costs. (You may be able to reclaim cancellation charges from your insurance company).
Should you cancel the booking less than 14 days prior to arrival, refunds depend on the booked apartment being re-let.
No will be given for 'no shows'.

иии Liability
You are advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage and for this reason we advise adequate personal/travel insurance is obtained.
Cardiff Apartments Ltd. cannot be held responsible to any damage to furniture, fittings or any contents at the apartment.

иии Complaints
We sincerely hope that we have done everything to make your stay a pleasant one, however if you do have a complaint we will do our best to resolve this.
If events can't be resolved at that time, complaints should be made in writing to our main office:
